Kairu Showdown is the 13th episode of Redakai: Conquer the Kairu. It aired on October 8th, 2011.

Plot[]

When Zane uses a special attack to switch bodies with Ky Stax, our hero and his nemesis square off in a Kairu Showdown to settle the score.

In this episode, it was revealed that Zane was once a student of Master Boaddai's, along with Ky, but because he used an attack that was forbidden, he was exiled from the monastery.
It is revealed that Zane and Ky were once good friends. When Zane was exiled from the monastery he blamed Ky even though Ky stood up for him.
The Battacor made a cameo in this episode.
