The Two Faces Of Ky Stax is most likely the 20th episode in season 2 of Redakai: Conquer the Kairu. It was first shown (in French) on Canal J sometime in 2012.
Plot[]
When on a seemingly routine quest for Kairu energy where all seems to be running smoothly, Team Stax suddenly runs into the Hiverax E-Teens. And when a battle commences and Ky is hit with a new attack that he’s never seen before (Psychic Fracture), the routine quest suddenly becomes anything but – when Ky is shockingly split into two versions of himself! And though Boomer thinks having two copies of his best friend around will only make their team stronger (and his life more fun), Maya starts to grow concerned when she realizes that, though one of the versions of Ky is a dependable, responsible team leader, the other is a completely reckless, totally cocky daredevil! When the two Kys eventually grow so sick of each other that they begin to literally battle – which was the Hiverax’s intention all along -- Maya and Boomer must work together to not only complete their mission, defeat Vexus, Hexus and Nexus, and capture the Kairu… but also fuse the two Kys back together before they cause more harm than good!
